Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a well-established Building Materials Manufacturer in Goxhill.
The position offers night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday to Thursday, with a salary of £40,083.
Benefits include weekly pay, overtime opportunities at 1.5x and 2x rates, a 4.5% employer pension contribution, and a chance to participate in a share scheme.
Key responsibilities include reactive and preventative maintenance, assisting in developing an agility maintenance system, improving overall equipment effectiveness, and equipment installation.
Candidates must have a minimum of level 3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent, knowledge of electrical control systems, and prior experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally heavy.

Day to day responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

Reactive and Preventative Maintenance -
Assist in developing agility maintenance system
Improve OEE (overall equipment effectiveness)
Installation of equipment

The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will have the following:

Minimum of a level 3 in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of electrical control systems
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment (ideally heavy)
Welding and basic fabrication experience desired
