The Role:
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Assistant to join our dedicated EYFS team. This role involves working closely with teachers and other staff to support the development, learning, and care of children aged 3 to 4 years old.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting children in their learning and development through engaging activities.
  • Assisting in the planning and preparation of creative and educational resources.
  • Encouraging positive interactions and fostering social, emotional, and physical growth.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.
  • Observing and recording children's progress to share with parents and the wider team.
  • Collaborating effectively with staff and families to meet individual needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or Supporting Teaching & Learning (LEVEL 1/3)
  • Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • A nurturing and patient attitude with a passion for early childhood development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
