What You'll do as the Process Operator

You will be a key member of the operations team and will be responsible for loading and offloading chemicals from ships and road tankers. Your duties will include:

  • Setting up and monitoring chemical transfer operations
  • Overseeing third-party contractors
  • Handling bulk liquids
  • Adhering to and monitoring health and safety standards
  • Ensuring products are stored correctly
  • Conducting routine checks

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in process, production, or manufacturing industries (e.g., chemical, steel, power, refinery)
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available 24/365
  • Excellent communication skills

Your Package

A basic salary of £30,500, based on an average of 30 hours a week. Anything over 130 hours per month is paid at an overtime rate of 1.5 the hourly rate. A generous pension scheme where the employer contributes up to 5%, increasing to 8% with service. Private medical and generous holidays.
