Brook Street Social Care are looking to recruit experienced Care Assistants to work in a residential care home in the Barry area.

You will be working as part of an established team to deliver the best quality care and support to frail elderly residents and to enrich their lives as much as possible!

You will need to be a driver to be considered for this role.

Requirements:

  • 6 months UK based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years#
  • Be a driver with access to your own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks
  • Willing to undertake personal care
  • To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
  • Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
