- Undertaking all aspects of office administrative duties such as answering phone-calls, dealing with queries and e-mails promptly.
- Data inputting
- Stock control, daily count, updating trackers and then reporting numbers to management.
- Creating Documentation for EU outbound Loads, including custom documents. (Full training will be provided)
- Experienced IT user
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel
- Accurate with inputting data into systems.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
