Carbon60 are currently working with a global leader in aircraft disassembly, storage and transition services to find Disassembly Technicians in the Cardiff area.

Supporting the expanding Technical Team in disassembling various aircraft projects and documenting removed parts are some of the responsibilities that come with the Disassembly Technician role. Others consist of:

Working as a team to ensure all disassembly and removal of parts from various aircrafts is safely completed whilst labelling/ documenting on behalf of the customer

Interpreting and understanding AMMs and IPCs along with the companies Best Practice Guides so that component removal can be managed effectively and efficiently as possible

Sticking to project delivery times and working as a team to achieve this, staying committed to the customer

Identify any damaged components using visual methods

This role will be on site, based near Cardiff Airport and is a permanent position.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with an early finish on a Friday.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, have team player characteristics and show enthusiasm and a can do attitude. Technically, they will demonstrate experience in aircraft maintenance or disassembly and have the ability to work under pressure, delivering results.
