As a Families First Advice Line Advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for families seeking Early Help support.
- Carry out Wellbeing Assessments to identify family strengths and areas where support is needed.
- Work within a preventative framework, ensuring families receive the right help at the right time.
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to provide advice and referrals where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, young people, or families in a support/advisory role.
- Strong communication and assessment skills.
- Knowledge of Early Help services and safeguarding principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
