We are looking for a caring and reliable female Healthcare Support Worker to join our team and support a patient within a community care package. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential care and make a real difference in the patient’s quality of life.What We Offer:

Role Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare or similar care roles is desirable
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
  • Must be female (as an occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support in line with the care plan
  • Assist with mobility, medication prompts, and monitoring health needs
  • Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure the highest care standards
  • Create a safe, supportive, and positive environment for the patient
