Randstad are proud to be partnering with the Vale of Glamorgan to recruit for a number of Social Workers to join the Family Support Team. We are currently working to recruit for two full time Social Workers and one part time worker. Their are two family support teams within the service which have recently been restructed following a considerble expantion.
Both of the teams work with families on longer term plans, looking to utilise all parts of their networks to minimise risk to children and build resillience. The Social Workers within this team are involved in all aspects including planning and review for all children recieveing care and support as well as those on a Child Protection plan until the court proceedings conclude.
