As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring students continue their learning in the absence of their regular class teacher. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and managing classroom activities in line with the teacher's lesson plans.
• Supporting students in their learning and ensuring they stay on task.
• Maintaining discipline and a positive classroom environment.
• Providing assistance with any additional tasks or challenges that arise during lessons.
• Ensuring students' safety and well-being during class time.

• Experience working with young people, either in an educational setting or in a role that involves leadership or group management (e.g. sports coaching, customer service, youth work, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
• A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young people.
