About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with ALN needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external agencies to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

* Previous personal/school experience working with children with ALN needs.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's education and personal development.* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.* Knowledge of relevant safeguarding and health & safety procedures.* DBS on the update service or willing to get one.
