We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher with TLR to join a dynamic team in a well-established educational institution in Barton. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone who is passionate about mathematics education and is ready to take on additional responsibilities.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective maths lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to a range of learning abilities.
- Assume additional leadership responsibilities, contributing to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the mathematics curriculum and participate in departmental meetings and school training events.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and promotes enthusiasm for mathematics.
- Proven experience as a Maths Teacher in a secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum and current educational practices.
