Key Responsibilities


• Oversee the daily operations of the HR Documentation team, ensuring smooth workflows and meeting service standards.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of HR Documentation Consultants, ensuring high performance and ongoing development.
• Ensure all HR documentation meets compliance and best practice standards.
• Work directly with clients to understand their HR documentation needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage team performance, provide feedback, and ensure KPIs are met.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in HR practices and employment law which can be within operations management.
• Proven experience in managing or leading large teams, with a focus on improving performance.
