Having been established for nearly 20 years this company have established themselves as a market leader within the wastewater and water treatment sectors and are now part of a larger national group. Operating internationally they have seen consistent expansion and are now among the world leaders. With an ever growing portfolio of clients and contracts, they have grown from strength to strength, and are continue to see ongoing year on year growth with extensive expansion plans moving forward. They are now looking for an additional Technical Sales Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Technical Sales Engineer you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, visiting potential customer sites to assess their requirements, define technical specifications and prepare quotations. You will be based from home but required to travel to customer sites in the territory, based around the East Midlands. There will also be a requirement to represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and events. Working on potentially complex water treatment projects, covering municipal, industrial, manufacturing and aggregate industries, you will be provided excellent technical support from the internal team but will maintain the customer relationship.

The role:
*Based from home covering the East Midlands
*Responding to enquiries, producing technical specs and quotations
*Conducting site visits to assess requirements
*Prospecting new business from potential customers

The person:
*Technical background in water processing, wastewater treatment or an environmental industry
*Background in sales
*Full UK driving license
