Would you like the opportunity to work for a worldwide business in the capacity of Accounts Assistant/Business Support Administrator? Have you already gained 1-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity and yet are now looking to develop your skills within a more diverse role?

Transparent is currently supporting one of our key clients in this piece of recruitment. This position would suit someone with an accounts background who has maybe studied towards the AAT qualification and also someone who enjoys administrative duties as the role can be varied and interesting.

Main responsibilities:

Accounts:

- Purchase ledger, reconciling and processing supplier payments

- Raising customer invoices and maintaining the sales ledger and leading credit control

- Monitoring bank accounts and completing daily cash postings

- Assisting with monitoring of timesheets

Business Support:

- Assisting with management and administration of goods bookings and goods release

- Assisting with preparation of shipping documentation

- Assisting with purchase orders and tracking progress of orders

- Assisting with customer quotations, orders and delivery notes

- Assisting with answering supplier queries

- Ad hoc projects as required

The team is a positive and friendly one, and your line manager has a supportive and encouraging disposition and would welcome your input to the team.

Key skills required:

- 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts role

- MS Office including Excel

- Good organisation skills with a high attention to detail

- Flexible and keen to support others in the team
