Are you someone who loves getting things organised, enjoys working with numbers, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Purchase Ledger & Accounts Clerk to join our friendly finance team — and you might be just the person we need!

We're Hiring: Purchase Ledger & Accounts Clerk

Based in Laindon - Must Drive due to location

Full-time - Permanent - Office based - Monday-Friday 9-5pm

Salary: £24k - £27k plus bonus

You will be:-

  • Making sure all our supplier invoices are processed quickly and accurately
  • Matching up invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Chatting with suppliers and sorting out any invoice queries
  • Helping with regular payment runs
  • Lending a hand with month-end tasks and general finance support

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have some experience in a purchase ledger or accounts admin role
  • Have a good eye for detail (you spot things others might miss!
  • Feel confident using Excel and maybe some finance software like Sage or Xero
  • Like being part of a team and getting stuck in when needed
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy a bit of problem-solving
