We're Hiring: Purchase Ledger & Accounts Clerk
Based in Laindon - Must Drive due to location
Full-time - Permanent - Office based - Monday-Friday 9-5pm
Salary: £24k - £27k plus bonus
You will be:-
- Making sure all our supplier invoices are processed quickly and accurately
- Matching up invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes
- Chatting with suppliers and sorting out any invoice queries
- Helping with regular payment runs
- Lending a hand with month-end tasks and general finance support
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have some experience in a purchase ledger or accounts admin role
- Have a good eye for detail (you spot things others might miss!
- Feel confident using Excel and maybe some finance software like Sage or Xero
- Like being part of a team and getting stuck in when needed
- Stay calm under pressure and enjoy a bit of problem-solving
