Sales Support Administrator
Are you a strong Administrator who consistently works to a high level of service?
We are supporting an established company based in Basildon with recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on a permanent basis. The salary is paying between 25k-28k per annum (DOE) and the hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Duties will include:
- Logging calls and actioning all emails, ensuring all enquires and responded to efficiently
- Managing and generating sales leads, following up on old sale leads, and passing them across to the sales team
- Creating reports and updating the CRM system with all information on sale activity, ensuring it is up to date
- Maintaining stock levels of sales materials for the business
- Cold calling new clients and building a portfolio of clients for the business
- Supporting the Head of Sales with report writing, database management and general ad hoc administrative tasks when required
To be successful for this position, you must be a strong communicator with excellent people skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You must also have knowledge using different IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
