We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS company supporting enterprise clients across the UK and Europe. The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for the long-term success of a portfolio of high-profile clients. Your focus will be on ensuring customers see real value from our software, while identifying new opportunities to grow their engagement. You’ll balance hands-on support with strategic account development, acting as a trusted advisor from onboarding through renewal.
Key responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for assigned clients across the UK and Europe.

Deliver product walkthroughs, onboarding sessions, and ongoing support tailored to each customer’s needs.

Build a deep understanding of client goals to ensure our platform delivers measurable impact.

Lead renewal conversations and proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, implement feedback, and ensure a high-quality experience.

Maintain clear and accurate records of account activity using CRM tools.

Attend client meetings and industry events when in-person presence adds value.

You’ve got at least 2 years of experience managing customer accounts, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

You know how to balance service and strategy — you’re approachable, solutions-focused, and commercially savvy.

You’re confident leading client conversations and presenting ideas clearly.

You're comfortable navigating data, metrics, or research-based solutions — and explaining them in a way that makes sense.

You’re detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through.

You speak and write fluent English; other European languages are a plus.

A background in research, insights, analytics, or automotive is useful but not essential.
