A Oil and Gas industry client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Wet Stock Management Analyst to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm and Friday 8.45am - 4.00pm. Paying 24,000 - 25,000 +10% bonus per annum depending on experience.

Your role as an Analyst will be to provide 1st line support to their customers. Key Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing 1st line support to customers.
  • Identify, investigate, close-out and provide solutions system and customer reported incidents.
  • Providing technical support to on-site engineers.
  • Assisting in the implementation of effective management controls and assist in the monitoring of customer accounts.
  • Monitor and analyse wet stock live alarms within set time limits.
  • Process products sufficiently and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Provide support to field personnel to help identify and correct customer site issues.
  • Ensuring adequate follow-up for identified issues.
  • Completing customer reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing procedures to support the management of new/establish customer accounts.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines.
  • Support field test activities and site enrolments for new services as required.
  • Troubleshooting of remote communication issues, primarily modem and TCP/IP communication protocols.
  • Working with colleagues/wider IS360 team to provide support/training and information on day-to-day activities; take on additional responsibilities to enable a larger project to be delivered.
  • Provide live demonstrations of Tools / Systems to customers and staff visiting the WSM Office.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this WSM Analyst position:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and working with data
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office skills (specifically Excel)
  • Previous experience of client relationship/account management
  • Ability to develop, coach and mentor others in the delivery of services to our customers.
  • Some commercial (B2B) background with knowledge of contractual commitments and legal requirements in a service oriented operation.
