This ambitious group of companies operates across Essex and the surrounding areas, undertaking projects within the residential and domestic sectors. They offer a variety of services, including tiling, decorating, flooring, landscaping, and garden and commercial studio builds. By working with national housebuilders as well as directly with customers, their strong focus on high-quality service and products has led to great success since their inception. They are now looking to capitalize on this growth by expanding their senior management team, allowing you to contribute to the company's continued success.
As a senior member of the company, you will take on multiple responsibilities to ensure the successful management of the flooring division. From the outset, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle as well as the division's operations. Initially, you will manage and oversee the tender process to secure successful bids. Once projects commence, you will regularly visit sites to ensure they adhere to the program and maintain the company's high health and safety standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers and clients, ensuring the continued growth of your division.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with experience as a director or divisional head and strong technical knowledge of flooring, allowing them to hit the ground running. A full UK driver's license is required for site visits as needed.
