Sales Executive, Salary: Basic £32,612k + bonus and excellent benefits, Based in Basildon, Essex

We have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic and market leading business within the construction hire sector. We are keen to hear from ambitious and target driven candidates with Sales / Account Manager experience – any sector background considered.

Sales Executive Main Tasks:

  • Meet new business sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Seek out and develop new clients for the range of instant start welfare units in line with the company ethos and Customer Experience.
  • Convert prospects from incoming calls, webchats and emails as well as those already on database to Actual Clients
  • Find new Clients and markets by way of cold calling
  • Maintain, grow and develop new accounts for first 12 months from Account opening, orders from a newly generated Client will count towards target.
  • Set up meetings for Client visits
  • Occasional Face-to-face Client meetings in-house and off-site, when required
  • Prepare quotes and letters
  • Maintain full up-to-date product knowledge
  • Keep database records up to date

Experience and Personal Characteristics:

  • Previous Experience in a Sales Executive / Telesales / Business Development / Account Manager role or similar – any sector background considered.
  • Target driven
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships
