Job Description:
As a Mechanical Assembly Worker, you will play a crucial role in assembling mechanical components, ensuring they meet our Vlient's quality standards. Your experience in soldering will be essential in the assembly process, particularly in tasks involving circuit boards and wiring. You'll work closely with our engineering and production teams to contribute to the production of high-performance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Utilize soldering techniques to assemble and repair electrical components, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
  • Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards and company specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, with a strong focus on soldering.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, components, and assembly techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
