Service Delivery Manager- Basildon with Travel- 50k- Permanent

My client, a well known Facilities and Maintenance provider who look after Luxury Retail clients are recruiting for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their Team based in Basildon and across the UK, Ireland and Occasionally Europe.

A Technical background is advantageous for this position and you must be willing to travel to parts of the UK and Europe occasionally

Key Responsibilities:

* Visiting and promoting strong Client relationships
Sub-Contractor Management: Sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and conducting regular reviews with subcontractors to maintain quality standards across sites and within office administration.
* Project & Contract Mobilisation: Overseeing initial client enquiries, site surveys with subcontractors, working alongside the estimator to deliver timely estimates, and managing the mobilisation of projects.
* Quality Systems (ISO 9001 and 14001): Assisting in the maintenance and management of our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality systems and taking responsibility for these systems following training.
* Health & Safety: Managing internal health and safety protocols alongside our consultant to ensure compliance.
* Client Meetings: Supporting the Business Development Director (BDD) in service review meetings when required.

Proven experience in managing subcontractors and delivering high-quality service.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project mobilisation.
* Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 and 14001) is desirable.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
* Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland, and occasionally Europe.
