Our client is hiring a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading independent supplier of scientific products in the United Kingdom, known for its excellent customer service and strong supplier partnerships.
The Role: As an office-based Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing sales by developing existing accounts and finding new business opportunities. You will offer a broad range of products from well-known laboratory manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow customer sales via telephone, email, and direct contact.
- Increase sales from a wide and diverse range of laboratories in different market sectors.
- Identify potential new customers and markets.
- Source products to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain good record management.
- Keep up to date with current trends in the marketplace.
Ideal Candidate:
- Tele-marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship development skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Some scientific knowledge would be helpful but not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
- Circa £30,000 with an uncapped bonus (if target exceeded), paid quarterly.
