Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager and Inside Sales Executive to join our Logistics team. Successful candidate must be capable of researching our market and securing new business opportunities and have experience liaising with suppliers, Shipping Lines, Carriers and NVOCC's (Non-vessel operating common carriers).
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 2- years experience in a Business Development role within logistics or freight forwarding
- Confidence to research, network, cold-call and execute a strategic sales plan
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present sales proposals to new clients
- Identify tender, RFP and RFQ opportunities in the logistics sector
There is a requirement to work from the office during on-boarding (2-4 weeks), however this is a hybrid/remote role
