Role Overview:As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that individual customer contracts are accurately updated and maintained on the inhouse system. You will review proposed contract changes from Account Managers and customers, ensuring these changes are correctly reflected in the system. This role is pivotal in linking the sales, service, and finance teams, ensuring that invoicing and management information (MI) reporting are accurate and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain individual customer contracts on the ERP system.
  • Review and implement proposed contract changes from Account Managers and customers.
  • Ensure accurate and complete invoicing and MI reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, service, and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and operations.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in contract management or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
