National Key Account Manager

£50,000 Basic, £60,000 OTE (realistic Year One) + Company Car

A leading, household-name brand is on the hunt for a dynamic National Account Manager! Step into this key role, where you'll drive growth, boost sales, and expand distribution across major grocer, convenience, and discounter channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop sales strategies for Organised Retail & Discounters markets.
  • Prospect and acquire new convenience and wholesale clients.
  • Retain customers and maximize lifetime value.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Set pricing strategies and negotiate profitable deals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of FMCG non food sales experience, ideally with convenience, and discounter channels.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and channel growth.
  • Strong understanding of the UK retail landscape and contacts with major retailers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
