Sales Manager - Retail / Wholesale - Basildon - £50k base + OTE (£70k)

The client are looking for a strong, disciplined leader to manage their internal sales team and bring in revenue, contributing to the business success. The company is a leading wholesale business, and you will report in directly to the board of Directors.

The Role

  • Motivate and inspire the Sales team
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and solidify its presence
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
  • Review and set clear KPI's, targets and goals, motivating your team to achieve those set
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key clients and accounts
  • Account manage existing client base
  • Managing and updating forecasts and budgets monthly
  • Providing daily reports of sales success
