The day-to-day responsibilities include managing a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customer needs are met by coordinating with the Service Department, maintaining an organized diary system, and hosting off-site events to drive business growth. You'll also be responsible for selling vehicles and service plans, with the opportunity to generate significant earnings based on performance.
This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar who is looking for a dynamic, rewarding opportunity to further develop leadership and sales skills in an expanding company. The role offers a commission structure that significantly boosts earnings, alongside great long-term career potential.
