The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to deliver Customer Service functions through inbound calls, outbound calls and email/tickets.
Role Duties:
- Making outbound calls to improve the service or capture more information as required.Â
- Achieve SLAs and Key Performance Indicators, both in terms of quality, productivity and accuracy of information given to the Customer.Â
- To commit to personally putting the Customer first and providing excellent Customer Service at all times.Â
- Develop an understanding of all client profiles/products to be able to deliver outstanding Customer service.Â
- Must actively seek & respond to feedback. Use service failures both internally & externally as an educator to improve our process, procedures & overall service to the Customer.Â
- Attend and contribute at regular team meetings and scrums.Â
- Assist in the planning and implementation of agreed initiatives/process changes, as directed by your line Manager.Â
- Be flexible and adaptable at all times in response to the challenging, changing environment.Â
Client Services Administrator - Essential Skills & Experience Required:
- Acts on own initiative and can manage their own time effectively.Â
- Strong communication skillsÂ
- Comfortable in achieving deadlines and being transparent with any workload constraints.Â
- Good working knowledge of Hubwise products and servicesÂ
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Â
