About the Role:

You’ll be contacting warm inbound leads to introduce our Freight Forwarding services, supported every step of the way by your Head of Desk and wider team.

As you grow in confidence and skill, you’ll learn how to:

Prepare and calculate quotations

Handle objections and close deals

Build and manage your own pipeline

Grow and nurture your client base

All with full training and a clear promotion path from day one.

What You’ll Need:

Some experience in telesales, recruitment, or a similar sales role

Confidence, resilience, and the desire to succeed

Experience in a target-driven environment

Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude

A hunger to learn, grow, and earn
