Location: Basildon office based role Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm

We're on the lookout for an Internal Sales Support superstar to join a thriving team in Basildon.

This is your opportunity to shine in a role that blends customer service, business development, and operational excellence. As an Internal Sales Support, you'll be the backbone of the sales team, helping drive business success in Ocean, Air, and Road Freight.

You'll work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs), develop relationships with clients, and provide solutions that make a real impact.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Assist BDMs with enquiries and follow-ups.

• Manage quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Keep customers and staff updated on orders and bookings.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

• Take part in strategic campaigns and promotions.

• Meet and exceed KPIs with a proactive approach.

Experience: In the freight industry (multi-modal preferred but not essential).

Skills: Outstanding communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Attitude:

A team player who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with a proactive mindset.

Knowledge:

Computer literacy and familiarity with freight operations.
