Hours:        Monday – Friday 7am OR 7:30am – 4pm OR 4:30pm
             (Flexible start/finish times)
Pay Rate:      Circa £45k (DOE)

We are currently recruiting for a CNC Miller Programmer for our client in Basildon. They are highly regarded within the Aerospace, Motorsport and Automotive Industries as they design, manufacture and build race engines, bespoke engines and similar components.
Through employment of the best engineers, the latest design tools and advanced electronic control systems, our client is a world leader in producing high performance, fuel efficient low mass engines.

What’s the job?
- Experienced CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator
- Must be capable of programming own work
- Online machine controls include Heidenhain
- Experience in bespoke work and complex parts
- Offline Cad/Cam programming done with HyperMILL
- Able to read and interpret drawings
- Proficient working to tight deadlines
- Able to work as a team player and using own initiative
- Fast paced environment
- Excellent awareness of health and safety aspects at work

Who can do this?
- Experience with Motorsport/Automotive industry is advantageous
- Suitable Industry recognised qualifications in CNC programming, setting and operating
- Candidate who can come in and hit the ground running
- Good communication skills.
