Contracts Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site project execution, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and effective teamwork.
- Carry out toolbox talks on various sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract matters, fostering positive relationships and addressing any contract/project related issues or disputes.
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to ensure contract/project terms are clearly understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure cost effectiveness, and reduce surplus expenditure

Requirements
- Previous experience in a contracts/project management role is essential.
- 5 years commercial or industrial flooring experience is preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders & staff at all levels.
- Microsoft office full suite
- Willingness to travel to various project locations.
