A1 Personnel is seeking a Contracts Manager for a permanent position with a growing construction company in Basildon.
Candidates should have an industrial flooring background and a full clean UK driving license, with a willingness to travel.
The role involves discussing project specifications with clients, conducting site inspections, and managing fitters to ensure timely project completion.
The salary is negotiable based on experience, with additional benefits including a company vehicle, phone, laptop, pension, and 20 days of holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, primarily office-based but requiring travel to various sites.

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a permanent contract on behalf of our client, a well establish and fast growing construction company based in Basildon.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Discuss project requirements and specifications with clients onsite and over the phone
Carry out site survey inspections
Complete Site Audit reports on the system
Hire fitters and manage/allocate responsibilities to ensure projects run smoothly
Create work schedules for fitters on the company SIMPRO system and ensure projects run to time and within budget
Carry out Toolbox Talks on site with fitters
Liaise with the estimating team to ensure a smooth transition of the client’s quotation and project requirements

Requirements:

Must have some industrial flooring background
Must have a full clean UK driving License and must be willing to travel
