PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION & FIT-OUT?? Based in Laindon | £30K - £48K DOE
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in construction, fit-out, and M&E? Do you have what it takes to run multiple sites, manage contractors, and deliver projects on time and on budget? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client is a leading name in hospitality fit-outs, handling everything from design to full installation. They specialise in gas, electrics, ventilation, and full kitchen build-outs, turning client visions into reality while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:?? Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met?? Liaising with clients, contractors & sub-contractors to keep everything on track?? Overseeing on-site installations, coordinating labour, materials & deliveries?? Reading & interpreting GA and service drawings?? Ensuring site safety & compliance (Method Statements, Risk Assessments, H&S regulations)?? Checking quality of workmanship and maintaining high standards?? Attending site meetings, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth handovers?? Final project sign-off including equipment demonstrations & client training
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:? Proven experience in construction, fit-out, or industrial catering? Strong knowledge of gas, electrics & ventilation? Ability to read and work from technical drawings? Excellent site management & organisational skills? CSCS card & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)? Clean driving licence & ability to travel to London when needed
