Learning & Development Coordinator
Location: Basildon, Essex (Hybrid Working)
A not for profit organisation are expanding their team and in search of a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the L&D Manager to ensure the full delivery of training within the organisation.
- Managing the day to day operation of Learning & Development contracts and grants
- Arranging training courses for all branches
- Build key relationships with trainers and professional bodies
- Lead and assist on learning and development projects
- All administration duties related to L&D activities
- Assist with the development and implementation of processes within the team
- To support the L&D manager when on annual
- Contribute to the overall function of the learning and development team
- Managing all suppliers
- Ad-hoc duties
Your Experience:
- Experience working within Learning and Development
- Able to take initiative and work within a team and individually
- Able to liaise with internal and external parties
