Learning & Development Coordinator

Location: Basildon, Essex (Hybrid Working)

A not for profit organisation are expanding their team and in search of a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the L&D Manager to ensure the full delivery of training within the organisation.

  • Managing the day to day operation of Learning & Development contracts and grants
  • Arranging training courses for all branches
  • Build key relationships with trainers and professional bodies
  • Lead and assist on learning and development projects
  • All administration duties related to L&D activities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of processes within the team
  • To support the L&D manager when on annual
  • Contribute to the overall function of the learning and development team
  • Managing all suppliers
  • Ad-hoc duties

Your Experience:

  • Experience working within Learning and Development
  • Able to take initiative and work within a team and individually
  • Able to liaise with internal and external parties
