Job DescriptionWe currently have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Officer role on a permanent basis. The position is based in Basildon, Essex, for one of the leading Construction organisations with hybrid working available.   • Act as the first point of contact for customers post-completion, providing accurate and professional responses to queries.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and resolve routine issues while escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Schedule and monitor work instructions, liaising with Maintenance Technicians, Sub-Contractors, and Material Suppliers to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in company systems and ensure compliance with NHBC/Premier Guarantee and company standards.
  • Contribute to business improvements by supporting change initiatives and suggesting new ideas.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a motivated, customer-focused team. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality service to customers. Hybrid working is available, with office attendance as required.

  • A customer-focused, empathetic, and pragmatic approach to resolving challenges.
