Role Summary:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, based at our Laindon, Essex Pharmacy. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, ensuring queries are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.

Role Duties:

  • Investigating and resolving any patient queries or complaints via telephone or email.
  • Confirming processes and details to patients with regards to their prescribed medication
  • Relaying any discrepancies to the relevant team
  • Helping and supporting the wider team where suitable
  • Ensuring a first-class customer service to patients

Qualification/Experience for Role:

  • Extensive experience within a suitable call centre or relevant customer services role preferred
  • A good command of written and spoken English – GSCE (or equivalent) standard preferred
  • Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting desired
  • Experience with dealing with customer queries and the ability to help solve queries/issues required
  • Suitable experience using Microsoft Office desired

Our Client

A private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications. They work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so their patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service. Their prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)
