Their team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. They are looking for a Print Finishing Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Planning to ensure job timelines are met
  • Advise on material, colour and machine capabilities and processes
  • Identify potential risks or issues, implement workflow strategies to ensure job deadlines are achieved
  • Monitor productivity, capacity, delays, machine breakdowns and communicate with planning
  • Liaise with Studio and Finishing ensuring the correct jobs are being worked on at the correct times
  • Participate in Production meetings, highlight any potential issues
  • Responsible for staff management on a day-to-day basis

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of print finishing and binding techniques
  • Experience of working in Print Industry
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining print finishing equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple print finishing projects
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the print finishing industry
  • Proficiency in computer software used for print finishing and binding processes
