Randstad Education is seeking dedicated and reliable teaching assistants to join our team in and around the area of Basildon. We have full-time positions starting in September and October, and we offer exciting opportunities to work closely with primary children.

Requirements:
- An up to date enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
- A genuine passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Patience to support pupils in understanding lessons and engaging in activities planned by the teacher.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Classroom Teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
- Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain records.
- Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development.
