Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the estimators and contracts managers collating site packs for the labourers on site
- Support the contracts managers with scheduling the teams on data management system for all site workers
- Checklist current projects with the team to ensure that all aspects are being actioned;
- Check clients purchase order against the job order
- Assist the office manager with any ad-hoc tasks required
- Upload / input data from site surveys onto the system ready for quotation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills -confident telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Finance background or QS experience would be desirable
