A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator on behalf of our client based, a leading construction company based in Basildon.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the estimators and contracts managers collating site packs for the labourers on site
  • Support the contracts managers with scheduling the teams on data management system for all site workers
  • Checklist current projects with the team to ensure that all aspects are being actioned;
  • Check clients purchase order against the job order
  • Assist the office manager with any ad-hoc tasks required
  • Upload / input data from site surveys onto the system ready for quotation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills -confident telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Finance background or QS experience would be desirable
