Principal Electronic Design Engineer
Basildon
Paying up to £75p/h (Inside IR35)
Responsibilities:
- Electronic design analysis, circuit simulation, and prototyping
- Electronic schematic capture and PCB layout support
- Power supply and interface circuit design for digital processors and microcontrollers
- High-speed digital design - including FPGA, DDR, and high-speed LVDS video designs
- Testing and debugging of electronic circuits
- Integration and Verification of System and Sub-Systems
- Support to Qualification (including EMC)
Experience required:
- Knowledge and experience of all stages of the engineering development lifecycle
- Digital & Analogue Electronic design knowledge
- Board-level PCB design (ideally using Siemens EDA Xpedition Enterprise)
- Operating at the product system level
- Specifying and defining COTS items
- System level integration
