Air System Model Calibration Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Air System Model Calibration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for;
- Develop and calibrate air system models for diesel engines using advanced simulation tools and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define calibration requirements and objectives.
- Conduct testing and validation of calibration models in engine and vehicle.
- Analyse test data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Work closely with SW teams to implement calibration changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of with diesel engine technology and emissions control systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in air system modelling and calibration for diesel engines.
- Proficiency with engine calibration tools and simulation tools (INCA, ATI-Vision, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and disciplines.
- Full B UK Driving License
