We are seeking a skilled Electrical Control Panel Builder to join client in Basildon.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Control Panel Builder :

  • Work with the Automation Department to build, wire, and install electrical control panels.
  • Review required panel components against wiring diagrams and layouts.
  • Assemble control panel enclosures, including building plinths, assembling bays, and side panels.
  • Layout chassis plates and collaborate with Electrical Design Draughtsmen for optimal panel layout.
  • Install components onto chassis plates and wire the control panels following the issued wiring diagrams.
  • Mark up wiring diagrams as wiring is completed and report any errors to the Electrical Design Draughtsman and Automation Technician.
  • Cut apertures in control panels to accommodate fans, filters, and power sockets.
  • Collaborate with Automation Installation Electricians to install control panels into production lines and machinery.

Salary:
