The Role: Senior Ecologist

Lead & Mentor: Guide junior ecologists, nurturing their growth while ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Project Ownership: Manage diverse, client-centered initiatives across protected species and habitats.
Fieldwork Expertise: Oversee and conduct advanced ecological surveys.
Client Relations: Build strong partnerships through tailored, expert guidance.
Professional Reporting: Deliver detailed, compliant reports to support sustainable development.

Senior Ecologist Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree in ecology or a related field, plus CIEEM membership.
Experience: Proven success managing complex projects and leading advanced surveys.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ecological legislation and best practices.
Licences: Holder of one or more protected species licences.
