Duties

  • Plan, organise, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and product launches.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote events and attract a diverse audience.
  • Utilise multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive event attendance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather content, create promotional materials, and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for future events.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
