Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support- Manage the schedules and calendars of senior executives, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage expense reports and budgets for executive activities.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the organization.
- Oversee the organization of events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
- Monitor project deadlines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Provide research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure the efficient running of office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment.
- Serve as a point of contact for IT and other support services as needed.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace.
- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
