Role Overview:Join our team at our modern headquarters in Basildon, Essex. As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be integral to our operations, providing comprehensive support to senior-level management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage extensive diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle complex scheduling requirements.
  • Organize UK and overseas travel arrangements and prepare for high-level meetings and corporate events.
  • Prepare and format documents, manage correspondence, and maintain to-do lists.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including organizing refreshments and taking minutes.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Handle office administration and respond flexibly to ad hoc duties as they arise.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting director-level executives.
