Production/ Machine Operative
Location: Basildon, Essex
Hours: 07:30am - 16:00pm (Monday - Thursday) 07:30am - 15:00pm (Friday)
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Role responsibilities:
- Setting/ operating industrial machinery.
- Efficiently carry out daily tasks to meet deadlines of orders.
- Select the appropriate tools, machines and materials to complete task.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Read and interpret drawings and job orders.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production.
Key Person Specification:
- Eager to learn new skills.
- Strong measurement skills.
- Experience working with machinery.
- Experience working in a factory environment.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
